1975 1.3 2door
I have just saved a 1975 1.3 super 2door from the scrap yard, the floors are very solid and and never welded, little surface rust but nothing awful, was wondering if I have done the right thing and is it worth putting back on the road and is it worth anything, any comments gratefully welcomed.

Re: 1975 1.3 2door
Firstly welcome to the forum and well done on saving another one from the scrappers You are completely forgiven from my point of view as I also saved my 'old girl' from a scrap yard almost 3 years ago, it's now passed the MOT and I'm enjoying driving around in it. My thread is on here, 'My vanden plas auto resto'.
Good thing is these cars are easy to work on, cheap parts and plenty of help available from fellow owners. Values of these are on the rise too with some of the early models reaching 40 years old now. The other thing you will find is people stopping and talking about these cars. I got chatting in the petrol station last week of all places
Well done, and keep us posted of your progress.
Andy.
