Need some trim bits for VDP please!

Post  Jimbo on Thu Nov 29, 2012 8:36 am

This is the rear of my VDP - note the lack of badges Mad

I have the two chrome strips which run horizontally on the boot, but they're covered in overspray, and i need some clips to fix them with as there's a couple missing.

Also, one of my hub caps looks like this - not good Evil or Very Mad

They're all a bit worse for wear, but I'd like at least to have them all complete, if not mint!

There's bound to be more bits I'm missing, these are just the ones that have occured to me so far, If anyone can see something missing that should be there, please let me know Very Happy

Any help greatly appreciated,

Cheers,
Jim

...There is a company called 'Bresco' in Loughborough who do allsorts of the Leyland trim clips & 'A&M Classics' do brand new repro hubcaps for about £25 each, the VP centre caps can be tricky and a bit expensive, so far ive not found any repro's about for the VP centre caps, but both the above firms have websites, i cant post the links yet untill the spam embargo lifts for new members Very Happy

Hi Jim,

I've got hubcaps with center badges. Not great condition but usable. Think I have a pair of chrome strips someplace too. Not sure about the badges but I'll have a rumage over the weekend. Also note your wheel arch trim finisher is covered in overspray, think I've got a pair, not sure of condition though.

Andy.
